National Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Show
Dates confirmed for the Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Show 2027
The major national event dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in Australian workplaces has confirmed its official launch dates, with the Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Show taking place on 10–11 March 2027 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.
Created in response to a growing and urgent need for more practical, accessible approaches to mental health at work, the Show will bring together leaders, practitioners and solution providers from across the country for two days of learning, discussion and connection.
Unlike many industry events, the Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Show will be entirely free for accepted delegates, removing barriers to participation and ensuring that access to knowledge, tools and support is not restricted by cost. Registration is expected to open in August.
The event will welcome 2,000+ delegates, featuring 110+ expert speakers, 50+ solution providers, and four stages of talks covering the major themes shaping workplace wellbeing today.

“We’re seeing the same reality across Australia: mental health is no longer a side conversation, it’s a core business issue. Every organisation is dealing with stress, change, workload pressure, and the rising expectations employees have around psychological safety and support.
“But too often, workplace wellbeing is talked about in broad terms without giving leaders and teams the practical steps they need. This Show has been built to change that. We want to bring together the people who are tackling these issues head-on: employers, experts, practitioners and providers.”
The Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work Show will take place at ICC Sydney, located in the heart of the city’s CBD, with easy access to transport, accommodation and dining.
